XCW1 series intelligent universal breakers (briefly named breakers), are fit for the power distribution circuits with AC 50Hz rated voltage up to 690V, rated current up to 6300A as well as power equipment for protecting against the damage arising from overload, under voltage, short circuit, single phase ground connection, etc. The breakers have intelligent protection function, and are capable of enhancing the reliability of power supply and avoiding power failure. They also have open-type communication interface for meeting the requirements of control center and automation system. The breakers don’t have intelligent controller, and the sensor may serve as separator, of which the symbol is :
The breakers comply with GB14048.2 “Low-voltage switching equipment and control equipment low voltage breakers” and IEC60947-2 “Low-voltage switching equipment and control equipment breakers”.
2.2 Classification
2.2.1 Classified in the fixed type
a. and drawer type
b if in the mode of installation.
2.2.2 Classified in grade 3, 4, 3+N if in the number of poles.
2.2.3 Classified in electrically operated type
a. and manually operated type
b. if in the mode of operation.
2.3 Type of release L intelligent controller, under voltage instant (or retardant) release, shunt release
2.4 Intelligent controller
a. include: type H (communication purpose), M (general intelligent type), L (economic);
b. has the function of overload retardant inverse time lag, short retardant inverse time lag, constant time lag, instant. The users may set for their required protecting properties.
c. has the single phase grounding protection function.
d. has display function: display for rectified current, action current, line voltage (which shall be specified in ordering).
e. alarming function: overload alarming.
f. self examination function: self examination for overheat, self diagnosis of computers.
g. test function: action property of test controller. |
